Ingredients
- 1 Golden guayusa tea bag (or 2 full tsp Golden loose leaf)
- 8 oz boiling water
- 1 stalk fresh lemongrass, bruised and cut into pieces
Instructions
- Bruise the lemongrass with the back of a knife and cut it into pieces.
- Steep the guayusa and lemongrass together in 8 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bag and lemongrass (or strain) and enjoy.
Tip: Bruising the stalk releases more aroma. Fresh lemongrass is easy to find in the produce section of most grocery stores.
