Club, Subscription, Membership, and Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a club, subscription, a membership, a pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Tasting Club Membership

By enrolling in the Pacha Tasting Club, you are purchasing a prepaid, non-transferable, one-year program that includes six (6) scheduled shipments delivered approximately every eight (8) to nine (9) weeks.

  • Payment and Commitment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the full one-year commitment. The Tasting Club does not auto-renew.

  • No Cancellation After Activation

Due to the upfront nature of this program, all sales are final once the membership is activated. Activation is defined as the processing or shipment of the first order under the Tasting Club.

  • Limited Cancellation Prior to Fulfillment

If you request cancellation before any shipment has been processed, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which covers administrative costs, reserved inventory, and fulfillment preparation.

  • No Refunds After First Shipment

Once the first shipment has been processed, the Tasting Club membership is non-cancelable and non-refundable, regardless of usage.

  • Program Benefits

Tasting Club membership includes:

  • Six (6) scheduled shipments
  • Access to exclusive, members-only products
  • Preferred pricing and availability

These benefits are considered part of the full program value and are not separately refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipment timing is estimated and may vary due to operational, logistical, or external factors. PACHA GUAYUSA is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

  • Modifications

We reserve the right to substitute or modify product formats, packaging, or shipment timing if necessary, provided that the overall value of the program is maintained.

  • Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing the Tasting Club, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of remaining shipments without refund.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

By clicking “Place my order” or “Pay now,” you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged according to the Order summary until you cancel. Your order may include shipping, taxes, duties, or applicable discounts, depending on your order and any updates you make. You also authorize PACHA / PACHA GUAYUSA TEA to charge the supplied payment method, or another payment method on file, for the subscription price on each renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Memberships

When you purchase a membership, you are committing to a one-year duration. This membership provides access to exclusive pricing, benefits, and services. If you choose to cancel your membership, refunds are only available if no orders have been placed under the membership. In the case of a refund, a 30% fee will be applied to cover internal costs.

Memberships do not auto-renew. If you wish to continue your membership beyond the one-year term, you will need to manually renew it. Refunds or cancellations after placing an order under the membership are not allowed.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can’t cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
