REGULAR ORDERS

Order preparation takes an additional 1 to 3 days before shipping.

The shipping days take 2 to 10 days inside of the U.S. and take around 7 to 20 days outside of the U.S.

Orders outside of the U.S. must cross customs. We are not responsible for damage in the bags for inspections in Customs.

BULK ORDERS

Your order could come directly from Ecuador, and it must cross customs. We are not responsible for damage in the bags for inspections in Customs.

PRE-ORDERS

Your order will be shipped when the product is in stock or launched. The estimated shipping date will be posted on the product page. When the estimated shipping date of Pre-orders arrives, They will be covered under the regular order shipping policy.

DISTRIBUTION ORDERS

Distribution orders are typically larger-volume orders fulfilled under special terms. These may ship from our U.S. warehouse or directly from Ecuador. Please note that the product may take up to 45 days to be ready for shipment, depending on inventory availability, production schedules, and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for any damage to the bags caused by customs inspections.
