Is this the same tea as the 50-count Strong box?
Yes, it is the same Traditional guayusa leaf. The difference is the amount: 10 g per bag here versus 5 g in the Strong box.
Can I make two cups from one bag?
You can, but the second cup will be much lighter. Most people use one bag per cup, or one bag in a large glass of iced tea.
